The controversial music star was spotted topless while frolicking in the sea with her boyfriend of three months, 21-year old Patrick Schwarzenegger.
With fans seeing her topless and almost naked in several photo shoots and stunts on stage, you would think she would keep it at a mellow when with her boyfriend. But surely, that is not the case.
