The chef, who is currently on his way to opening Nigeria’s first interactive bakery in Lekki, hosted Alakija, who is rated as one of the most influential women in the world on Thursday, March 5, 2015.
After the session, an excited Chef Tolu took to his Instagram account to share a picture with Folorunsho Alakija with the caption: ‘Who said being a chef doesn’t get you in the corridor of power? Here I am, catering to the most influential woman in Africa, courtesy of Miele Nigeria.
‘Stay focused on what you do best and one day, it will all begin to pay off. ‘I will cook for Kings and Queens’ – Chef Eros’ he added.
The meal, which was entirely prepared by Chef Eros, had Cranberry and Mixed Nut Salad / Sweet Zesty Vinaigrette, Salmon and Caviar Herb Cream Cheese Flat Bread Canapés, Prosciutto and Smoked Cheese Croissant Sandwiches, Crepe and Smoked Cheese Rolls, Muesli/Multigram Prosciutto Sandwiches, Smoked Chicken and Sweet Corn Sandwiches and Petite Crepe Burger.
Chef Eros, who is fast becoming a brand, set up the Cookie Jar in 2012 with an initial seed capital of N10,000.
