At the event, which held at Tafawa Balewa Square on Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Lagos, the ‘Double Wahala’ singer was in form when he stormed the stage in the middle of the campaign that had several politicians and dignitaries across the country present.
The Musical Taliban was introduced with his monster hit song and the crowd immediately turned to the song, so much so that even the President, Goodluck Jonathan reportedly sang along while Oritsefemi was performing on stage.
Toward the end of Oritsefemi’s performance, the Delta State born singer rendered an official campaign song for Jonathan titled ‘Great Jonathan’ which will be released online soon. Other entertainers present at the event include Onyeka Onwenu, Kate Henshaw, Monalisa Chinda and others.
