Former Lagos State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) Shem Obafaiye whose TV ‘mishap’ made the phrase ‘My Oga at the top’ popular has resumed duty as Oyo State Commandant of the security agency.
Some weeks back, Obafaye was replaced by Adesuyi Clement from the Oyo State Command following his embarrassing interview on Channels Television live programme ‘Sunrise’.
