Serbian Tennis star, Novak Djokovic, on Sunday, April 19, 2015, won the Monte Carlo trophy to make him the first man to win the three Masters events in one season, having won the Maimi and Indian Wells titles earlier in the same period.
The World’s No.1, who took on Czech Tennis, Tomas Berdych, defeated the World’s No.8, 7-5 4-6 6-3 at Monte Carlo to clinch his third trophy this year.
Speaking after receiving his title, the 27-year-old star, who recently got married to his long time beau, Kim Sears said, ‘I think the most important period of the year is coming up right now. Obviously, Roland Garros and Wimbledon are the priority, that’s where I want to perform my best, but we’ll take it step by step and see how far I can go.’
