Recently evicted BBHotshots housemate from Malawi, Mr 265 spoke on his experience in the Big Brother House as well as his biggest achievement in the house. In this chat with Gbenga Bada, the young entertainer believes Nigerian rep, Tayo Faniran is most annoying housemate.
You serenaded the house in your own way; do you think your eviction was worth it?
Well, I gained what I wanted: Exposure. You don’t have to force recognition.
Tell me about your stay in the house
My stay was great; I learnt how to be humble, patient. And the biggest…hard work and dedication.
Were there any regrets?
Not at all
What would you tag your biggest achievement in the house?
Branding! You can Google Mr 265 and something will pop up. The experience plus the mentors, tutors and master class sessions were amazing.
I know you eyed some female housemates, who would you say caught your fancy most?
No one in particular.
Who would you like to reunite with after the show?
Wow! You seem very certain. Well, I did find a few interesting, but with the stakes, I was chilled. Didn’t want to disrupt any female game plan.
Would you try it again if given another chance?
Under one condition: Only if I succeed as an entertainer and the difference would be that that this time it would be all about money.
What do you think you could have done better in the house?
There is nothing better than being yourself. If I would do anything better, I would be deceiving myself for the sake of the show.
Who was the most annoying in the house?
Tayo. He kept saying that I am emotionless and too smart for the show.
What do you think about the bringing of the ex-housemates from previous editions?
That’s a mad move hey! Others will break, others will gain strength
