
The mother-of-one was born in Lagos and raised in Ojota close to Lagos mainland.
A chance meeting with the late Yomi Ogunmola in 2001 provided an opportunity to finally get a foot in the door, after struggling for many years to penetrate the industry.
Before her first TV role, and the many Nollywood castings to come, she worked at Smooth Promotions, Entertainment Consult and The Era Awards. She would later study at Wale Adenuga’s PEFTI after working on the popular series Papa Ajasco & Co.
Working on soaps and series and home videos, she’s established her self as a dominant face – especially with the Yoruba genre.
And were it not for the crash of her marriage to popular movie director, Daniel Ademinokan, she would have been one of the few in her class, to be free of controversy.
She has featured in over 100 Nigerian films, and is the recipient of a 2008 AMAA Best Indigenous actress Award.
