US-based Nigerian actor, Eme Ikwuakor will join the cast of ABC’s TV series, Marvel’s Inhumans, the studio has announced.
Ikwuakor, who was born in Wheatridge, Colorado, joins Isabelle Cornish, Mike Moh, Sonya Balmores, and Ellen Woglom to conclude the cast for the upcoming series.
Inhumans explores the epic adventure of the Royal Family including Black Bolt, the enigmatic, commanding King of the Inhumans, with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper can destroy a city.

The Nigerian will play Gorgon, Black Bolt’s cousin – a character to be played by Anson Mount. He had previously appeared in Concussion and Extant.
According to Shadow and Act, a version of the first two episodes of the series, which will be shot entirely with IMAX cameras, will premiere exclusively in IMAX theatres for a two-week window in September 2017, prior to the eight-episode network run.

Other members of Marvel’s Inhumans cast include Isabelle Cornish, Mike Moh, Sonya Balmores, Ellen Woglom and Lockjaw.
Ikwuakor holds a B.F.A in Performance Theatre.
