Incumbent President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in company of his wife, Patience Jonathan arrived at their polling unit in Otuoke, Bayelsa State to get accredited for today’s elections but there seems to be problems with the card reader.
The president is expected to cast his vote at the same location, Polling Unit 39, Ward 13 in Otueke, Bayelsa State but the card reader has failed to recognise his PVC.
Speaking with journalists at his polling center, the President urged Nigerians to be patient as he waits for the electoral officers to sort out the issues of his PVC.
As at the time of filing this report, the President and his wife have just left the polling unit and are expected to return once the problem with their PVC gets sorted out.
