The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has announced that Super Eagles of Nigeria will play Ivory Coast and Mali in as part of international friendly matches in 2015.
NFF General Secretary, Musa Amada confirmed the report on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 that the Super Eagles team will play against Ivory Coast and Mali, the teams they had defeated in other to win their third African title in South Africa in 2013.
‘We are working round the clock to make sure that the Super Eagles will have opponents for all the FIFA windows available in year 2015 and we are happy that the two games with the Ivorians and the Malians are sealed.
‘The Elephants and the Les Aiglons are on their way to the 30th Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea, so they are sure to give our team good games.’
According to reports, the matches will be played in January 2015 at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
