The ‘America’s Got Talent’ host, who recently announced that he and wife Mariah Carey are living separately, reportedly told friends that rumours he is romancing the 30-year-old model, whom he recently signed to his management company, NCredible Entertainment, are false and insisted they are merely colleagues.
A source close to the 33-year-old star told gossip website TMZ.com that his relationship with the blonde beauty, who has 19-month-old son Sebastian with Wiz, is strictly professional.
The comedian, who has three-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with Mariah, 44, claims he only learned that Amber was having marriage troubles last week through her lawyers when he signed her on as a client.
The source added: ‘That’s when Nick says he found out her marriage was on the rocks and only then did the two share break-up stories.’
Other insiders say Wiz, 27, and Amber, who tied the knot in July 2013, are both accusing each other of cheating.
Amber, who previously dated Kanye West, stated in court documents that she split from the ‘Black And Yellow’ hit-maker on Monday, September 22, 2014 and is seeking full custody of their son.
The model had a small part in Nick’s latest movie, ‘School Dance.’
