The last few months have been pretty hard for famous Nigerian actress Ngozi Nwosu who has been battling a disease. Nwosu will be looking to end the pain as she has traveled to the UK for kidney and heart transplants.
The celebrated Nollywood actress who has been battling Kidney and liver problems ended 2012 with, at least, a smile when she received the sum of N4.5m from Lagos State Governor Raji Fashola on behalf of the Lagos State Government to complete the money needed for Nwosu’s operation.
An earlier well publicized campaign had helped raise an initial N1.5m.
The actress was this week spotted at the Muritala Mohammed Airport with popular Nollywood buff Seun Oloketuyi as she was about departing for the UK. We’re told she travelled with her P.A Josephine and is expected to return March 26.
