Mo’Cheddah is back in the news and this time it has nothing to do with Twitter. At just 21, Mo is seen as a pop influence in Nigerian music. She takes on the same style from her foreign counterparts – brightly lit costumes, catchy hooks and flashy videos.
After the release of her averagely rated album ‘Franchise Celebrity‘, the pop princess hasn’t hit us hard with any song. A couple of releases and a hair company ambassadorial deal however kept the Knighthouse act in the scene. Her newest single ‘See Me’ was released a few hours ago.
‘See me‘ which features another Knighthouse artiste, the rapper Phenom, sounds like a spin off from her debut album. The production is quite similar to ‘Censor me‘, a single off her debut album. However, it’s a a definite club jam. Phenom’s rap is exquisite.
