Please allow me to reintroduce Lorens Chuno, a US-based jazz pianist, percussionist, composer and vocalist. The song ‘Reflections’ is the first single off of Lorens’ second studio album Funk Island due out later this year. The song is distinctively Afrobeat with Loren’s trying to illustrate how each and every one of us is alike, regardless of religion, sexual orientation or race.
Support was provided by a number of distinguished musicians, you might even know one them, his name’s Poogie Bell. Oh, you don’t? Well Poogie’s a Grammy-award winning drummer who’s worked with Angelique Kidjo, Erykah Badu, Chaka Khan, Al Jarreau and the likes.
Anyways, Lorens is also a mathematician, so by his computations, this single should do enough to generate enough interest in his new project across the Atlantic in Nigeria. Let’s wait and see if Lorens Chuno’s calculations turn out to be correct.
