In August we broke the news about Nigerian pop star Wizkid collaborating with fellow Konvict Records label mate Kardinal Offishall.
We have the song titled ‘Repping for my city‘ here on NET for you to listen to.
The young singer lyrically murdered the hook while Kardinal who never fails to impress keeps the tempo high on the verses.
It’s official, Wizkid has gone international.

I hate to say this..d song is just noisy and scartered. If is kardinal’s song, no problem cos that’s d kind of thing dey might like there in US, but if is wizzys’..hmmmm he should better sell there where it was made cos i don’t think naija is flowing in dat direction dis day. we have our style now on like d days we copy america so pls let out aristes do our thing and force others to copy from us no mata who dey collab with…
Wow now this is what you call standard, D’banj come on! I know you can do this also, don’t make me lose hope in you
Wizkid is surely an intl star, unlike Dbanj dt shouts outside d studio in d name of being featured. Dis off d chainz, big up wiz!!
