Two successive albums down the line, Duncan Mighty has clearly shown his knowledge of Nigerian music.
The dancehall act’s last album ‘Portharcourt 1st Son‘ which sold big numbers (thanks to Alaba we will never know exact figures) was a balance of party popping songs and lyrically conscious tracks.
And just to follow in the line of international collaborations, ‘Wene Mighty‘ hooks up with Jamaican-American Grammy Award-winning reggae singer Shaggy on a new single titled ‘Wine it‘.
Duncan and Shaggy have fun on the slow-tempo duet. The sound however is nothing from what Duncan Mighty has brought forth in his previous releases making it a one-time listen.
