The incident took place in the earlier hours of Thursday, April 2, 2015, was confirmed by Kenya’s National Disaster Operation Centre that 147 students were shot dead by Somalia-based Al-Shabaab militant group, who burst into the university college with full force and left 79 others seriously injured.
The President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta has also released a statement, warning citizens to be very vigilant as they battle with the ruthless militants.
