Iyanya’s manager, Ubi Franklin, has told Nigerian Entertainment Today that the total worth of his Zinox deal is N165m.
Franklin, in an attempt to clear the air on the endorsement mess hovering over his artiste told our correspondent that ‘Task direct’ is a store that sells several gadgets, including Lenovo products, which Zinox Group has a franchise on.

In a telephone conversation, the talent manager explains ‘My deal with Zinox group is N165million to promote different products. Zinox group has a franchise on Lenovo and they brought in the deal with Task Direct, and we were given 5 Lenovo pads to give the winners of the Iyanya dance competition. It was simply to promote Lenovo pads during the Valentine period for lovers to patronize the store. Task Direct is in charge of buying franchise from all tech companies.’
Ubi would also reveal that Iyanya has other deals in the offing, saying, ‘we have two other endorsement deals coming up this year’.
