The baby rain in the Nigerian entertainment industry is set to continue in the month of June. In May 2015, Mavin star, Dr Sid welcomed a baby girl with his wife, Simi Osomo just as Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo delivered a bouncing boy as well at the end of the same month.
With more celebrity babies expected this month, Ik Ogbonna has exclusively revealed to NET that his baby with his Columbian boo, Sonia Moralez is expected to arrive in just two weeks.
In an exclusive chat with NET, IK says: ‘It’s a wonderful thing to be having a child with someone that you love, and in less than 2weeks (or) thereabouts, I should be having my child. I’m leaving Nigeria on June 15, to meet up with her in Europe (so we can) welcome our child together.’
In the coming weeks, other celebrity babies expected are from singer, Omawumi who is currently in the United States to have her second child and Mavin first lady, Tiwa Savage who is heavily pregnant with her first child.
The soon-to-arrive baby is Ik Ogbonna’s second child. His first child, Makaelah, is 2 years old now but the actor continues to shield the identity of the girl’s mother from the public and media.
