Business strategist Muyiwa Afolabi and Public Relations expert Ayeni Adekunle have been confirmed as speakers for the upcoming African Public Relations Association conference holding in Mauritius from Tuesday, May 27, to Saturday, May 31, 2014.
The Nigerian duo will be joined by a slew of other top businessmen from across the world at the 26th edition of the annual conference which is themed ‘Advancing Africa’.
Other confirmed speakers include President and CEO of The Holmes Group, Paul Holmes; former World President of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), Mrs. Loula Zaklama; Football marketing Guru, Ian Riley; CSR at Airtel Ghana, Mr. Donald Gwira; Chairman and CEO of Burson-Marsteller, Robyn de Villiers among others.
The conference will attract over 500 delegates from across different communication sectors and professional groupings from all over Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America.
The conference will also witness the inaugural APRA Pyramid Awards for Professional Excellence and Outstanding Leadership in Africa.
Founded in 1975, the annual conference gathers stakeholders from around the continent and beyond to pave the way for a positively perceived and prosperous Africa.
