It has been announced that Super Eagles players John Mikel Obi and Victor Moses will not be part of the Nigerian team that’ll face Venezuela in an international friendly in Miami on November 15.
Mikel, Chelsea FC’s defensive midfielder who was originally included in the squad to face the South Americans has been excused by Nigeria head coach, Stephen Keshi because he has ‘family matters to settle’.
Moses who is also a Chelsea FC player has been excused also by Keshi, the reason is however unknown.
They will be replaced by Bright Dike of MLS’ Portland Timberwolves and Sharks attacking winger, Gomo Onduku respectively.
