In the last episode of the Mercy and Ike show, the couple went to the gym to have workouts together. They also had a photoshoot and Ike showed off his photography skills.
Mercy had a visitor from Abuja, her friend Sasha. Mercy ask her friend to get a lip filler. They spend the morning discussing a woman’s body and body enhancement.
Ike went to see his cousin, Prince who manages his clothing business. His brand is expanding, the necessary registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission have been sorted out. They also discussed plans for the business.
Mercy is surprised by her manager and friends with a brand new Mercedes Benz GLC300.
Ike talks us through his photography career. He tells us how he has grown from being a model to a professional photographer and that makes him very proud. He also mentioned how happy he is to be able to do photoshoots for not just his brand but for Mercy’s as well.
Mercy goes through her day with her assistant, paying particular attention to her AMVCA 2020 dress. Mercy goes to the kitchen to have a heart to heart talk with her sister, Promise. Mercy is quite upset because Ike went on a trip to London with a lady. She is pretty upset with Ike and complains that the entire situation makes her look bad. She is further upset by how their fans are accepting of Ike’s move and compares it to her how she was ridiculed and called out when she traveled to London.
Promise tells her to be careful. She wants Mercy to end the relationship and does not want to be a part of the Ike conversation. She tells Mercy that she has her life to live and that she should be careful. Mercy decides that she will have to let the relationship go because she thinks the relationship is becoming toxic.
Ike meets up with Venita for advice. They had created a bond while in the Big Brother Naija house and he sees her as his big sister. He tells her about his trip to London, how he was paid to make appearances and potential business deals.
Ike says while he was happy to be in London and trying to have fun until he started to get calls about Mercy. Venita asks Ike about what he really wants with Mercy. Ike sees Mercy as someone he can do business with to make money, but doesn’t want anything else. He just wants to get everything that he can from their relationship.
Venita and his friend think that he and Mercy will be back in a week but at this point, he wants to make some money. Venita makes him realize that he isn’t the only one suffering from the drama in the relationship. He talks about how people call him regularly to advise him that Mercy might not be the one for him. Venita tells him that if he loves Mercy, he will have to take a lot of bullets. He agrees and decides that maybe it is time to take the relationship to the next level.
The drama seems to heat up as Ike’s family meet up with him for a meeting on the next episode of Mercy and Ike.
