One Mr. Tajudeen Sanni from Oyo state was today, yesterday, August 28, 2012 reprimanded in jail for allegedly having carnal knowledge of his 16-year-old daughter and getting her pregnant in Lagos.
NET gathered that the 54-year-old generator repairer was first charged to the Family court, Kakawa, Lagos where he confessed that he had slept with his daughter four times. But he denied impregnating her.
The abused girl (name withheld) is now in the care of the Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation for proper rehabilitation.
Sanni who pleaded not guilty to the case was granted bail in the sum of N100, 000 with two sureties in like sum.
The case has been adjourned until September 3, 2012.
