NET broke the news a few weeks ago that one of Nigeria’s rap pioneers, Terry Tha Rapman has changed his name to T.R in a bid to rebrand and re-launch his career.
T.R, along with the name change, has released the first single off his forthcoming album ‘G.O.D’ (Grabbing Our Destinies) which has generated some buzz.
Over the weekend, on Saturday, September 13, 2014 to be precise, the rapper held his official name change ceremony at Club Ntyce on Victoria Island Lagos, where he performed some of his hit songs and officially premiered his new single ‘G.O.D’.
At the event, rappers Loose Kaynon and M.I Abaga were among celebrities on hand to celebrate with T.R.
