Talented Ghanaian actress and producer, Lydia Forson has cause to celebrate already this New Year as her first movie as a producer titled A Letter From Adam, has been selected as one of the movies to be screened at the 23rd Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles.
The Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) 2015 is scheduled to take place from February 5 to 16 in far away Los Angeles’ all-digital Rave Cinemas and Lydia’s movie will be among the features to excite and thrill the film festival’s guests and participants.
A Letter From Adam is a romantic drama directed by Atlanta-based Ghanaian director, Sam Kessie and produced and written by Lydia Forson.
An excited Lydia posted the good news on Instagram saying:
‘What a great way to begin the year!!! ‘A Letter From Adam’ @aletterfromadam has just been selected for the 23rd Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles.’
Speaking further, she said: ‘This is my first film, my very first and it’s all so surreal to me. I cannot put into words the battles and challenges I’ve had to go through because of this movie. But things like this make it all worth it.
‘God continues to direct my path and I thank everyone who’s been with me every step of the way. Especially those who’ve had to endure my endless chatter, complaints, and every crazy behavior I’ve exhibited because of this process. We creatives can be insane sometimes.
