Voluptuous rapper, Nicki Minaj, on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, posted a picture comparing herself with her hair dark in a part and blonde in the other, writing: ‘Thinking about going back blonde.’
The 32-year old star decided to ask her followers to make their opinions known on her decision, asking them to ‘Retweet for going back blonde, Fave for keeping it black.’
Apparently, the black seems to be taking the lead as a follower referred to Nicki by her real name, Onika Tanya Maraj and wrote: ‘With an outstanding response of ‘Bye Onika’ black is the winner! @NICKIMINAJ.’
Oscar James, who is Nicki’s hairstylist, says he is always on hand to offer advice when it comes to Nicki’s look. In an interview with Cosmopolitan.com, he said: ‘I just follow her lead. When she would ask me, ‘Well, what do you think I should do?’ I usually bring things that are a little more stylised because I feel like that’s who she is, but, surprising even to me, she’s been leaning toward even more natural. She wants to do less. Just less, less, less.’
