On Friday, January 25, 2013 a service of songs/candle light procession was held in memory of late Emmanuel Okoi Efut a.k.a. Emibrian who died after a brief illness on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. The final burial is slated for Friday, February 1, 2013 at his home town, Udim, Cross River State.
Until his death, Emibrian was an artiste manager with Lagos based Edlyne Records. He was also an experienced industry hand that handled management for fuji-pop artiste, LKT and Port Harcourt based act, Mr 2Kay.
The artiste manager only got married to his wife Jennifer Ejinkonye about a month ago at the Ikoyi Registry, Lagos and was planning for a wedding before he passed on.
