According to TMZ: ‘In addition to demanding millions from Birdman, Wayne plans to sue to ensure all his Young Money Entertainment artists remain under HIS umbrella.’
Drake, Nicki, Christina Milian, and Lil Twist are all signed to Wayne’s label. Mack Maine is also a YME artist as well as the label’s president.
The source added: ‘Weezy believes the superstars should go with him because their contracts are with YME.’
It has been reported earlier that Lil Wayne is suing Birdman for his release from Cash Money and for $8 million in what he claims is his owed advance from Tha Carter V album.
