Kylie Jenner used her trademark pout to make an anti-bullying statement while enjoying some one-on-one time with her transgender father, Caitlyn Jenner.
The 18 year-old wore blue lipstick while the pair were on a dinner date on Monday.
She earlier took to Instagram to explain her choice of make-up to her 38million followers.
