The ‘king of strings’ has been contemplating moving back home for sometime now.
He’s told us at least more than once, that he’s ready to pack his belongings from South Africa and come stay put in Nigeria. But, while that is yet to happen, he told our reporter, during the recently held Sax Appeal on July 3, that the time has finally come for him to make that move.
As other visiting performers returned to their base after Sax Appeal, Kunle stayed back in Lagos, networking and exploring several possibilities about his relocation.
The musician lived here in Lagos for years, working with many bands, before moving to South Africa…
