Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly refrained from asking her lawyer to issue any legal documents to Scott Disick because she knows he’s ‘so far gone’.
A source said: ‘Her attorney is ready, though, and it is just a matter of time. Kourtney knows that Scott is so far gone right now that she doesn’t want to provoke him to do anything stupid.’
The source also revealed that the 36-year-old beauty ‘kicked’ Scott out of the house because of his addiction and substance abuse. The insider added to RadarOnline: ‘Scott is a total mess right now and that is why she kicked him out. His addiction destroyed them.’
Meanwhile, Scott is said to be ‘fuming’ with Kourtney and the Kardashian family as he alleges it was him who dumped her.
