Kim Kardashian who already has a 23-month-old daughter, North with her husband, rapper, Kanye West confirmed she is pregnant earlier this week and is expecting to give birth in December, a source has told E! News.
It is also thought the growing family could have two more mouths to feed by Christmas after sources close to the star revealed she may be expecting a set of twins yesterday, June 2, 2015.
