The ministry of a man many people refer to as Fake Jesus has come to an abrupt end as the Kenyan government round up and deport him for masquerading himself as Jesus Christ. He was accused of going round the country, collecting money and performing fake miracles.
The white man who dressed up like Jesus was seen a few days ago in the company of some Kenyan pastors who took him on a tour in some parts of the country, and some people were convinced that he is Jesus Christ. He gained many followers who believed in him.

When videos and images of his performances went viral on social media, many people made fun of the situation while others were outraged by it. The man who is identified as Michael Job, a U.S preacher and actor from Orlando, Florida, was brought to Kenya for an interdenominational Christian event.
Although some people pointed out that the organizers of the event never, for all intent proclaimed him as Jesus, but the Kenyan authorities believes that he portrayed himself as such. There were questions on whether it was a misunderstanding based on the people’s presumptions or the pastors who invited him planned it all along.
In the end, he was deported from the country and two of the pastors who hosted him during his visit were arrested for misleading the public. The incident has raised further discussions on the way that African Christians and pastors are too quick to fall for fake miracles.
