Kanye West recently made a statement stating it is ridiculous that in 2015, unwarranted censorship is something that artists still have to fight against.
Kanye made his opinion known to The Hollywood Reporter regarding his 2015 Billboard Music Awards performance, apologising to his fans who watched on television for the poor viewer experience.
Pointing out that he was over censored and that his lyrics were not that bad, a statement on Kanye West’s behalf talks of being grossly over-censored at the Billboard Music Awards.
