Multiple Grammy-award winning rapper, Kanye West and his reality Tv star wife, Kim Kardashian have been crowned as 2016’s Met Gala best-dressed couple.
The power-couple were adjudged by renowned fashion publication and annual organizer of Met Gala, Vogue to have followed the theme for this year’s event – ‘Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology’ – with their respective fashion ensembles after they appeared in sequins and sparkle.

Kanye who attended the number-one celebrity fashion event in ripped ‘Fear of God’ denim and an intricately embellished silver-studded jacket, had an icy pair of blue contact lenses to match, while Kim sported a ‘blingy’, robotic, long-sleeved form-fitting gown.
The couple’s outfits were designed by Balmain creative director, Olivier Rousteing.

Yeezy as he is alternatively called, basked in the euphoria of the honour with a series of Twitter posts, as he called the Met Gala the ‘Grammys of fashion style’.
