Jessie J wants to marry a man like her dad.
The ‘Bang Bang’ hitmaker – who is dating singer, Luke James – admires the dynamics between her parents and admits her perfect guy would have similar qualities to her social worker father, Stephen.
She said: ‘My mum and dad are a great example. My mum, Rose, is a very sexy, independent and strong woman. My dad has always been able to handle her – that’s what I’m used to and have always wanted for myself.
‘If I end up marrying a man with the qualities of my dad, I’d be very happy. He’s an amazing man and very caring, loving, funny and well-dressed.’
Though the 26-year-old singer is looking forward to having children of her own, she insists she isn’t ready to start a family just yet.
She added: ‘I’m young and I want to really live these years and focus on my music.
‘I definitely dream of becoming a mum some day. I feel like one of the reasons I’m on earth is to be a mum.’
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty recently splashed out on a gym so she can work out at home.
She explained to Closer magazine: ‘I got equipment so I can work out in my living room. I do lots of circuit training and I do kettlebell training, which involves lots of squats.
‘I also do a bit of Thai boxing, which is amazing. I can definitely look after myself.’
