Jamaican popular reggae and dance hall act, Bushman is set to make a trip to Kenya for a huge music concert next month.
The organisers of the show are yet to reveal details regarding venue(s) and dates but the ‘Downtown’ singer is expected to be in Kenya in April 2015.
Bushman, whose real name is Dwight Duncan, was raised in the Rastafari culture and broke into the music industry when he hitch-hiked to Kingston in pursuit of a better life. During an impromptu game of football at Arrows Dub Plate Studio, he met popular Jamaican producers, Steely & Clevie who invited him to Studio 200 after he told them he is a singer and recorded his first track, ‘Grow Your Natty’ there.
Since meeting the top producers, Bushman’s career has been on the rise and he has become one of the top Reggae and dance-hall stars in Jamaica.
