Seven months after releasing his last EP ‘The 6th Wave,’ the Nigerian singer and songwriter is back with another project as he is set to release another EP, ‘Love & Trust.’
The five-track EP scheduled for release on Friday, June 9, 2023, includes features with top Nigerian artistes like Joeboy and BNXN. The music star had previously released Sinner with BNXN on May 3, 2023, a song that has amassed over 3 million streams worldwide.
In the post announcing the EP release, Iyanya thanked his team for working tirelessly on the project while also appreciating producers like Niphykeys and Reward Beatz for their contribution to the album.
Iyanya’s last project, The 6th Wave, was a 2022 EP that had hit singles like One Side, Like featuring Davido, Call feat Ayra Starr and other chart topping singles. One Side, a single he released in September 2022, has amassed over 60 million streams, while Like featuring Kizz Daniel, a single released in the same timeline, has amassed over 36 million streams.
With Iyanya’s upward trajectory in the past year, there is no doubt that he would be bringing his best foot forward.
