The video of ‘Autumn leaves,’ a song off Chris Brown’s latest album, has now recorded over 10m views on YouTube but between Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran, the spark is permanently dead due to the ‘secret baby’ allegations surrounding the ‘Yeah’ hitmaker.
‘Autumn leaves,’ one of the tracks on Chris Brown’s recently released album, X features Kendrick Lamar but the video shocked the world, gathering over 1million views in 24 hours when it was released on January 22, 2015, largely due to the fact that Chris featured his on/off girlfriend with the aim of proving to the world that their relationship is true and has gone on to new heights.
Insiders previously revealed that Karrueche was ready to marry Chris, even if he is sent back to jail later this month after his probation was revoked in January. Another source recently said: ‘Of course she would marry Chris. There’s not one man she would rather spend the rest of her life with other than Chris. She loves him that much and will be there for him no matter what happens in March. Obviously, she doesn’t want him going to jail.
‘She wants him home and in the studio so he can continue to inspire people with his music and his dancing and share his talents with the world.’
What shall we say now, 42 days after? Karrueche Tran finally ended her on-again, off-again relationship with the ‘Loyal’ hitmaker this week following a heated argument and her refusal to stop answering Chris’ calls when rumours began swirling he fathered a child with one of their mutual friends, Nia Amey.
With her tweet yesterday, March 4, 2015 unequivocally stating that her relationship with the controversial singer has come to and end, it is not likely a revival of the flame that refused to die up to that point will be witnessed any time in the future.
As it is, with Rihanna, the other woman Chris Brown had been with on and off for the past few years who is also out of his life for good, ‘Autumn Leaves’ might as well be the lasting legacy of the Chris Brown and Karueche Tran relationship for those who loved seeing them together.
