Karrueche Tran has said she was ‘mistreated’ by her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown.
The ‘Loyal’ hitmaker announced the on/off couple had split at the Power 106 annual Cali Christmas concert on Friday night, December 5, 2014 and Karrueche has been quick to hit out at her former lover, accusing him of treating her poorly.
Writing on Instagram, she said: ‘I refuse to be repeatedly mistreated by someone that claims to love me. That’s not love. And if that’s what you define as love then I don’t want it. If you can’t love me the right way then don’t love me at all.
‘Don’t be mad at me because I prefer to be happy,’ Karrueche wrote while also revealing she’s single on Twitter: ‘Looks like I’m a single lady again.’
Meanwhile, Chris, confirmed his newly single status during a live performance, during which he asked if there were any single ladies in the crowd.
The controversial singer said: ‘I’m single too! F*** that b****!’
The pair first started dating in 2011, but have broken up on a number of occasions.
During one of their break-ups, Chris reunited with his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna which he’s since admitted complicated his relationship with Karrueche.
