Award winning Ghanaian hip hop act, Sarkodie who was among celebs who organised the #DumsorMustStop protest over power outage in Ghana boycotted the peaceful walk for the shoot of a new video, ‘New Guy’ with American rapper, Ace hood.
Although before jetting out of the country to US on Sunday, May 10, 2015, the ‘Adonai’ rapper who is fully in support of the protest had recorded a song titled ‘Dumsor’ to pledge his loyalty to his colleagues, who demonstrated on the streets today against the present administration.
Below are series of tweets from Yvonne Nelson explaining the rapper’s unavailability as he also tweeted in support of the protest.
