Obi embarked on the quest on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Sao Café located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos and has now surpassed the previous record of 200 hours of non-stop music spinning.

Having now spun for eight days and eight plus hours, Obi has broken the record but still gunning for more as he aims to make it 240 hours in two more days.
Celebrities that have been on hand to spur him on include M.I, Don Jazzy, Lynxxx, Dr Sid and Omawumi.
