Dumelo, only son and youngest child of his parents, started acting at seven, while at Christ the King International School.
He was approached by some producers in search of kid actors for the movie, ‘Baby Thief‘. He got the lead role, Saka which launched his acting career.
Dumelo attended Achimota Secondary School, Accra for his secondary school education and proceeded to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he graduated with a BSc in Civil Engineering.
He has starred in over 50 movies including The Perfect Picture and The King is Mine.
