It has been confirmed that American R&B act, Trey Songz will be this year’s Coke Studio Africa’s international star guest.
Ahead of his visit, the award-winning artiste said, ‘I have always been committed to spending time on the continent of Africa yearly. My fans show me so much love when I’m there. I can’t wait to visit Kenya and partner with the Coca Cola company on this initiative. I am fortunate to be working with some of Africa’s biggest stars. I look forward to learning from them, making a lot of new friends as I discover what they have to offer.’
He will be in Nairobi, Kenya later this month to participate in the fourth season of the annual music show. Songz has previously been to Africa when he visited Nigeria and South Africa last year.
The star will likely perform with Nigeria’s Yemi Alade, Stonebwoy of Ghana, Vanessa Mdee of Tanzania; who recently performed at Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless, among others.
