Born on August 21, 1989 in Lagos Island, Merit is a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State, where he studied Marketing Management.
After graduating from his higher institution, he moved to Germany for some professional courses/trainings in Veterinary and then later relocated to the United States of America where he began his passion for music.
Merit is currently based in Nigeria as he collaborates with Patoranking on his soon to be released song titled Nakupenda which means ‘I love You’ in Swahilli produced by EbenJazz.
