Godwon has confirmed he was once arrested for burglary, well sort of.
Weeks ago, the Northern-Nigeria based rapper’s rap sheet (and mugshot) went viral on the internet, shortly after mocking fellow offender Sinzu.
Godwon’s rap sheet was taken from The Fort Bend/Southwest Star, a website for the The Fort Bend county jail in Texas, and was filed by a LeaAnne Klentzman back in 2009. He was apparently arrested for ‘burglary of a habitation’.
Responding to his now-publicized shady past, the rapper revealed that rapping wasn’t his only job occupation back then. He also lauded his mugshot, calling it the ‘most gangster of all time’.
