Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo joins campaign against Obstetric fistula

Was invited by the UNFPA to see how best we can collaborate and reduce the rate of obstetric fistula Ghana. I’m pleased to be part of this campaign….obstetric fistula is a hole between the vagina and rectum or bladder that is caused by prolonged obstructed labor, leaving a woman incontinent of urine or feces or both. For women with obstructed labor, labor that goes unattended, the labor can last up to six or seven days. About 1000 women suffer from this in ghana each year. letsmakeghanaabetterplace #togetherwecan

Ghanaian actor and Entrepreneur, John Dumelo has been endorsed by the United Nations Population Fund, UNFPA to help in their campaign against Obstetric Fistula in the country.

An excited Dumelo who took to Instagram to announce his latest involvement said he’s more than excited to be a part of the campaign.
