The Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN) gathered with the rest of the entertainment industry for an evening of praise on Sunday February 3, 2013.
The event which was held in conjunction with the Cornerstone International Ministries at the Lagoon Restaurant, Victoria Island, Lagos, was tagged ‘Shift Celebrity Prayse 3’ with the theme ‘A Grateful Heart’.
The purpose for the event, according to Segun Arinze, actor and former AGN President, ‘is to gather together as a family to give thanks to God for the growth in the industry and most importantly, for our lives and families’
Hosted by the duo of Julius ‘The Genius’ Agwu and Okey Bakassi, there were musical praise sessions led by The Midnight Crew, Sabina Umoren and The Perfect Realm, Tim Godfrey and The Xtreme Crew with DJ Gosporella on the turntables.
The First Lady of Lagos State, Abimbola Fashola was also there to show her support for the industry.
Other celebrities present include AGN National President, Ibinabo Fiberesima, Genevieve Nnaji, Monalisa Chinda and Susan Peters.
