Few days after MTN kicked off the process of renewing the endorsement deals of some of its brand ambassadors, Etisalat has extended same to Chocolate City rapper, Ice Prince.
The excited ‘Oleku’ rapper got signed to the deal believed to be worth several millions first in 2013. He announced to fans on Instagram a few minutes ago that he’s staying put with Etisalat.
Olamide, who was also signed alongside Ice Prince in 2013 still has a deal with Etisalat Nigeria according to information available to NET there is no word on his renewal yet. Sources however believe discussions are ongoing with the YBNL general also.
No one following the endorsement of brands in the Nigerian entertainment scene would easily forget the ‘porting’ of Hafiz Oyetoro, better known as Saka from Etisalat to MTN about two years ago. Hence, it is understood that the company would not want a repeat of such ever again.
