Ciara who was recently in Nigeria for ‘Love Like A Movie’ concert, earlier this year had sued the ‘Low Life’ rapper for $15 million for defamation, accusing him of libel and slander.
The rapper hit back with his own countersuit but he has now asked the judge to dismiss the case.
According to TMZ, since Future was granted joint custody of their child last month, he has had a change of heart because he is worried that if he continues feuding with Ciara, she will try to ‘restrict his custodial rights’.
Meanwhile, Ciara is still proceeding with her own lawsuit.
